Biosafety management involves all research involving Living Modified Organisms (LMOs/rDNA) and infectious agents/substances that are required to comply with the Biosafety Act 2007 and Biosafety Regulations 2010 to ensure the safety of users, customers, and the environment.
UniMAP BBC is a biosafety committee involved in
the development and implementation of biosafety policies, standards, and research application procedures
in accordance with the Biosafety Act 2007.
Procedures for the manual, notification, and approval application for research involving LMOs/rDNA.
The Biosafety Management Program involves exposure to awareness activities, management, and monitoring related to activities related to genetically modified living organisms (LMOs).
