Accident Reporting

Centre for the Management of Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (COSHE) plays a role in managing the reporting and investigation of workplace accidents at UniMAP.

Accident reporting is a reporting mechanism that explains the action steps (before, during and after) the occurrence of an accident, investigates the causes/causes of an accident and carries out welfare responsibilities and prevents the same accident from happening again.
